Your Contacts, On Your Phone.
The address book you already use
Connect Google once and save any CentralContacts contact straight into your real Google Contacts - so it's on your phone, in Gmail, everywhere you already look. Edit a contact in CentralContacts and the change flows to Google on its own. Only the contacts you choose, never a bulk dump of your directory.
Key Benefits
How It Works
Connect Google
One click on the Tasks page connects Google - calendar and contacts together. Nothing to install, and you can disconnect any time.
Add a contact to Google
On any contact, 'Add to Google Contacts' creates them in your own Google address book - instantly on your phone and in Gmail.
It keeps itself current
Change a contact's number or email in CentralContacts and the linked Google entry updates on its own. No re-typing into your phone.
Use Cases
The number's on your phone when you need it
Save a contact and it's in your phone's address book, ready to call - not trapped in another app you have to open first.
Fix it once, right everywhere
Update a number in CentralContacts and it's corrected in Google too, so the phone you actually dial from is never out of date.
You choose what syncs
Only the contacts you add go to Google. The rest of your directory stays in CentralContacts, exactly where you left it.
One connection, two jobs
The same Google connect that puts your tasks in your calendar puts your contacts in your address book - set up once.
Honest note: Google's review is in progress
Because this uses Google's own sign-in, connecting currently shows Google's 'unverified app' screen, and the Google connection is limited to around 100 people while Google completes its formal review of our app. Anyone connected keeps working - we'll remove that screen once verification lands.
Stop maintaining your address book.
One shared directory your team searches, calls and keeps current - kept right by the people in it. Free to start, no card needed.
