Why we built CentralContacts
Most businesses keep their external contacts in personal phones, a random spreadsheet, or nowhere at all. When someone leaves, those numbers walk out with them. When a data request lands, there's no record of why you hold anything.
We thought the address book deserved better. So we built a shared directory the whole team can see, that you can call from anywhere, and that keeps itself current — because the person a contact is about can maintain their own record, once, with their consent. It's useful on day one with your own contacts, and it gets stronger every time a contact keeps their details up to date. Today it does more than store a number: it turns a contact into follow-up tasks and notes, and - when you connect Google - keeps your calendar and your real address book in step too.
