Is it really free for individuals?
Yes. The person a contact is about never pays and is never the product. Individuals get a free account to hold their own contacts, keep a live card, and control who holds their details.
What does the Team plan include?
£9.99/month for up to five users, on one shared, always-current directory: click-to-call, self-updating contacts, always-on contact hygiene, a lawful-basis and evidence record, contact portals, import, Google Calendar and Contacts sync, campaigns and QR capture, and smart tagging and search. Bigger teams add users at £3/user/month.
What if we grow past five users?
Just add them — £3/user/month for each user beyond the first five. No new plan, no re-quote. Above about twenty users the Business plan is usually better value.
How many contact-hygiene checks do we get?
1,000 silent number checks a month are included with Team, shared across the whole team. If you run a bigger sweep you can top up any time — you only pay for what you use beyond the included allowance.
What if we're a larger team?
The Business plan adds multi-department support, role-based access, enterprise security and priority support, with volume pricing. Talk to us for a personalised quote.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in. Export your whole directory whenever you like. We'd rather earn the renewal by staying useful.
