Your Tasks, In Your Calendar.
Follow-ups you'll actually see
Connect Google Calendar once and every dated task in CentralContacts appears there as an event - and stays in step. Set a due date, it's in your calendar. Mark it done, it clears itself. No copying, no forgetting.
Key Benefits
How It Works
Connect your calendar
One click on the Tasks page connects your Google Calendar. Nothing to install, and you can disconnect any time.
Add dated tasks
Give a contact task a due date and it becomes an event in your calendar, with the contact right there in the title.
Stay in step
As tasks change, complete or move, your calendar updates itself - no double entry, nothing to remember.
Use Cases
Never miss a call-back
The follow-up you promised sits in your calendar next to your meetings, not buried in a list you forget to open.
Plan your day around your contacts
See your CentralContacts follow-ups alongside everything else you have on, in the calendar you already live in.
A team that follows through
Everyone's dated tasks land in their own calendar, so the shared queue and each person's day stay in sync.
Any calendar, your way
Prefer a link? Subscribe from Outlook, Apple Calendar or anything that reads a calendar URL - the same tasks, read-only.
Honest note: Google's review is in progress
Because connecting uses Google's own sign-in, connecting currently shows Google's 'unverified app' screen, and the Google connection is limited to around 100 people while Google completes its formal review of our app. The read-only subscribe-by-link route has no such screen. Anyone connected keeps working - we'll remove the screen once verification lands.
